Pizza Base - Bread Maker

Pizza base dough for a bread maker.

Ingredients

3 tspYeast
450 gFlour(00 Flour works best)
3 tbspOlive Oil
1 tspSugar
1 tspSalt
300 mlWarm water

Method

  1. Bloom the yeast in 200ml warm water
  2. Add the bloomed yeast to bread maker bowl
  3. Add the flour, olive oil, sugar and salt to the mixer bowl
  4. Add the remaining warm water
  5. Set the bread maker to pizza dough and turn on
